This RGS task constructs an
EVENTS table from the raw
telemetered pixel data for a single CCD exposure. This table is
added to the input dataset along with two
REJPIXn tables (one
for each node), which augment the existing
BADPIXn tables.
The input dataset is assumed to have been processed by
rgsbadpix.
