ccp4mg command line arguments:

 -version                 Print the version number and exit.
 -help                    Show this help (and exit).
 -status filename         Restore status from filename
 -picture filename        Restore status from a picture definition file filename
 -restore                 Restore status from ~/.CCP4MG/status/last_exit_status.pkl
 -norestore               Override any program setting and do not restore status
 -pdb filename or
  [*].pdb		  Import model data from PDB file filename
 -mtz filename f phi [wt] 
 [*].mtz		  Import map data from MTZ filename
 -image filename          Import image file

  Note that these commands will be implemented in the order:
    1) Restore status file - the file specified by -status overrides
       the default file implied by -restore
    2) Import model and map files in order given on command line
