CreateComScript - create the input command script for a CCP4 (or other) program using a template file

SYNOPSIS

CreateComScript template_file script_file

DESCRIPTION

Using the template file $CCP4I_TOP/templates/template_file.com and the parameters set in the run script, create a new script file and return its file name script_file.
