GetDefaultDirPath - Return the full path name for a directory alias

SYNOPSIS

GetDefaultDirPath [dir_alias]

DESCRIPTION

Return the full path name associated with the directory alias dir_alias. If dir_alias is not given, return the path name for the current project directory.
