Module: Interactive Thresholding ()
This tool allows thresholds to be selected interactively. The current selection is displayed as an overlay on each view of the connected Ortho Views.Press the Apply button to create the binary image. A new field is created that is 1 for each value within the threshold interval and 0 for all other field values.
Data [required]
Image data the thresholds are applied to. Supported images are HxUniformScalarField3 and HxUniformColorField3Mask
Optional image data used as a mask for thresholding. The image data must be a binary HxUniformScalarField3 with the same dimensions as the input image data. If such a mask is connected, threshold will only be evaluated where mask value is equal to 1.
Minimum-threshold
Specifies the lower value of the threshold interval.Maximum-threshold
Specifies the upper value of the threshold interval.Minimum-Threshold-R
Specifies the lower Red value of the threshold interval when the input data is a color field.Maximum-Threshold-R
Specifies the upper Red value of the threshold interval when the input data is a color field.Minimum-Threshold-G
Specifies the lower Green value of the threshold interval when the input data is a color field.Maximum-Threshold-G
Specifies the upper Green value of the threshold interval when the input data is a color field.Minimum-Threshold-B
Specifies the lower Blue value of the threshold interval when the input data is a color field.Color Mask
