Module: Isosurface (Regular) ()

Description:

This module is an extended version of the Isosurface extraction with masking abilities. Masking relies on HxRois mask description.

Connections:

Mask selector [optional]
A connection to the list of masks that are used to filter the isosurface. The isosurface is computed only where any of the selected masks are set.

MaskRestrictionType

Defines how isosurface is restricted inside defined region (see Mask selector):

• strict Only triangles that completely fit inside the region are kept
• relaxed All triangles that partially fit inside the region are kept
