Module: Well Tops ()

Description:

A data object of type Well Tops stores information about oil or gas well tops. A Well Tops data object can store information about one or more well tops. For each well top the following information is stored:

• Well Top position X and Y
• TVD (True Vertical Depth)
• TWT (Two-Way-Travel time of the top)
• MD (Measured Depth)
• Well Name, which represents the name of the well crossed.
• Horizon Name, which represents the name of the horizon crossed.

Note that TWT, MD, Well Name and Horizon Name are optional parameters for a well top.

The X and Y values for given MD and TVD define the well top location.

A Well Top Display is created automatically for each well top defined in the Well Tops object.
