Manual correction of a labels image or a mask using Anatomist's drawing module
Select the image to modify, and trigger the treatment. Then press F1 with the mouse in Anatomist's window. Perform your corrections and press OK. NB: the drawing interface is still in progress... the conviviality has to be improved. A fewtricks:
- To get transparencies for all regions, select the neuro_something.arg in Anatomist interface and modify the color/material with the right click of the mouse (opacity slider)
- To alternate easily from one label to another, you can click on Anatomist's window selection mode (the arrow), click on the new label you want to edit in the slice, go back to drawing mode.
