This process extracts an interleaved subvolume from the original volume.
Input_3dImage: 3D Volume ( input )Click on .
Select the original volume, for instance Test_volume_rat1_cresyl.ima.
First_Axial_Slice_Number: Integer ( optional, input )Enter the number of the slice in the original volume that will represent the first slice of the interleaved volume. This parameter is optional, by default this parameter corresponds the first slice of the original volume.
Last_Axial_Slice_Number: Integer ( optional, input )Enter the number of the slice in the original volume that will represent the last slice of the interleaved volume. This parameter is optional, by default this parameter corresponds the last slice of the original volume.
Slice_Extraction_Step: Integer ( input )Enter the number of slices specifying the interslice interval in the interleaved volume, i.e. the distance between two consecutive slices. For instance, you have to enter 2 if you want to retain one original slice out of two in the interleaved volume.
By default this parameter is set to 1 (i.e. all the original slices are retained in the interleaved volume).
Output_3dImage: 3D Volume ( output )Click on .
Specify the output directory and enter the output file name, for instance Test_subvolume_rat1_cresyl.ima.
