Creation of a multi-subject page (or pages) displaying sulci graphs in the same given orientation
For each subject, an Anatomist 3D view is created showing its cortical sulci and optionally its grew/white mesh, and snapshot is saved from it.
Then a multi-subject layout is performed to show all subjects side to side in the same orentation. It may be displayed in a single page, or on multiple pages according to the specified layout (rows x colomns on each page).
This process calls several commands and needs some python modules installed: PIL (Python Imaging Library), ImageMagick's convert tool, Aims/PyAims, and of course Anatomist.
