GARANT COMMANDS: append expected peaks - append expected peaks to loaded peak list

USAGE: append expected peaks <spectrum> <integer1> <integer2>

Peaks expected for the spectrum <spectrum> are appended to the loaded 
peaks. Peaks are only appended if there is no peak with the same 
assignment. Only expected peaks are appended with at most <integer1>
dimensions in which their position is unknown. In these dimensions the 
statistically expected frequency defined in the fragment library is 
taken to define the position of the new peak. <integer2> specifies the 
color for the new peaks.

If pseudo atoms are turned on - either by reading in peak assignments or 
coherence ferquencies - these psudo atoms are used for appending the 
peaks.
