GARANT COMMANDS: criteria threshold - set the thresholds t1 and t2 of the specified criterion

USAGE: criteria threshold <crit> <float1> <float2>

The thresholds t1 and t2 of the criterion with name <crit> are set to <float1> 
and <float2>, respectively.
