GARANT COMMANDS: list atoms - list the currently defined atoms matching a template

usage: list atoms <name>

All atoms that match the template <name> are listed.

Example: list all protons
	list atoms H
Example: list all atoms of TYR's
	list atoms *(TYR)
Example: list all atoms of TYR 5
        list atoms *(TYR 5)
