GARANT COMMANDS: load atom name library - loads library defining equivalent atom names

usage: load atom name library <read(.lib)>

The specified library <read(.lib)> is loaded. The library contains lines defining
equivalent atom names. E.g., the line

    QA: HA HA1 HA2

defines that the atom QA can be used instead of HA, HA1 or HA2. This information is 
used when parsing for possible atoms, coherences or peaks specified by the user.

The command has to be used prior to any other commands. As soon as an other command 
is invoked the default library is read.
