GARANT COMMANDS: load comparison sequence - loads sequence to be used for comparisons

Usage: load comparison sequence <read(.seq)>

The specified sequence file is read. The file has to be in the format 
used by the DIANA program. In addition, a '|' in front of a residue 
indicates that there is no covalent connection between this residue and 
the previous one.
