Module: Compare Images Template ()

This template is designed to visually compare two images named Image A and Image B. They are displayed in two separate vertical viewers. The viewers camera are linked, which means that any action on one of them is automatically applied to the other.

An Ortho Slice is connected to each images. Their Orientation, Colormap and Slice Number ports are interconnected, which means that their values are linked.

Image B also appears superimposed to Image A thanks to a Color Wash module.

If one of the images is a 3D data set, a Volume Rendering module is connected to it, but its visibility is set to 0: it is therefore not visible in the viewer.

Here is a list a tips&tricks related to this template:

Colormap ports of the Ortho Slice and Color Wash modules are linked. Changing one colormap will change the others. Changing the range of one colormap will change the others.
Color Wash Fusion Method and Weight Factor ports can be changed depending on the more adequate rendering.
