Go into your .anatomist directory. It is C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\.anatomist under windows and /home/user_name/.anatomist under linux.

Add a directory rgb if it doesn't exist yet.

Put the palette files in it. It can be for example in GIS or JPG format.

This new palette will be available in the list of palettes in Anatomist.
