Anatomist View Animation

Replays an animation using Anatomist, and makes an image series (jpeg...) and/or a mpeg film if requested

Description

Replays an animation using Anatomist. The animation must be previously prepared and saved using the Anatomist record animation process.
The point is "simply" to make the point of view of the camera move in an Anatomist window, and objects and colors change.

An image series (jpeg) can be saved during the animation.
A MPEG or AVI (DivX or other) film can be generated from these images, using the MPEG encoder process (if it's working, see the programs to install for this process to work)

Parameters

anim: BrainVISA/Anatomist animation ( input )
window: AWindowChoice ( input )
use_recorded_objects: Boolean ( input )
Specifies if the process must try to load objects (and their colors) referenced in the animation file. If this option is not used, objects have to manually be put in the target Anatomist window before the animation starts.
keep_images: Boolean ( input )
Keeps the series of JPEG images of the animation
images_basename: 2D Image ( optional, output )
Directory + base jpeg filename to save. A number will be inserted at the end of this base name (before the extension).
animation: MPEG film ( optional, output )
