It can be useful to save the current state of Anatomist (loaded objects, opened windows...) to reload it later without having to do again all actions.
After your working session, don't remove objects and windows.
Close the Anatomist session.
Windows: save the following file, C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\.anatomist\history.ana.
Linux: save the following file, /home/<user>/.anatomist/history.ana.
