Fusion Mesh cut by a plane

Load:
- T1 MRI:data_for_anatomist/subject01/subject01.nii
- Right cortical mesh:data_for_anatomist/subject01/subject01_Rwhite.mesh
Select the 2 objects in the anatomist objects list.
Click on and select FusionCutMeshMethod to create a CutMesh object.
Drag and drop the CutMesh object into a 3d window.
Rotate the CutMesh into the window by clicking on the middle button and move simultaneously on the mouse.
Unroll the CutMesh of the anatomist object list and drag and drop the BorderPloygon into the 3d window.
Drag and drop the subject01.nii into the 3d window.
Activate the Mesh cutting control:
- Right-click on 3d window and select View / Select object.
- Activate the CutMesh object via this browser by selecting with the mouse (the line becomes blue).
- Click on of the 3d window.
- Move the cutting plane on the cut mesh as you like. Please refere to the mesh cutting control section of Manual of Anatomist to know the shortcuts.
