Fusion a volume with itself

  • Load a T1 MRI: data_for_anatomist/subject01/subject01.nii

  • Select the object in the Anatomist objects list.

  • Click on to create a Slice object.

  • Select the Slice and O1 objects and drag them into a sagittal window.

  • Rotate the objects to view the two planes (click on the middle button and move simultaneously on the mouse).

  • To change the slice plane, activate it by right-click on the window and select view/select object menu. Then select the new control and use the keyboard shortcuts to move the plane (Ctrl key + middle mouse button for translation for example).
